FX88 An abrasion resistant, general purpose emulsion for use with solvent based poster or enamel inks. Produces stencils with good resolution and definition; good solvent resistance (however, for complete solvent resistance, FX88-SR is recommended). Supplied with high quality powdered diazo sensitizer. Recommended for low intensity light sources.

569 Provides high solids content for stencils with superb resolution and excellent edge definition, fine details and halftones. 569 has complete solvent resistance and, thus, affords easy stencil removal. Supplied with powder diazo sensitizer.

569CL Same as 569, but supplied clear for easier see-through registration. (Separate purple color supplied with purchase.)

Similar to 569FAST but with separate color for easier see-through registration. Ideal for weaker light sources and aggressive inks, such as vinyls, nylons, and mylars. Especially recommended for use in plastisol printing when aggressive solvents are used during wash-up.

569FAST Requires half the exposure time of 569. Ideal for high-quality, high-volume production needs with high-intensity light sources, and can be used also with low-intensity light sources.

295FAST Textile Emulsion

295FAST was discontinued in March of 2008.
Ulano recommends changing to a traditional Dual-Cure emulsion like Proclaim or a modern pre-sensitized Dual-Cure like QX-1with excellent resolution and a 12 month shelf life.

295FAST is Ulano's most economical textile emulsion, producing a quality stencil at a competitive price. Fast-exposing and designed for high volume plastisol printing operations. Ulano 295FAST requires only 1/2 the exposure of traditional diazo textile emulsions. Having superior mechanical resistance; it facilitates long press runs on automatic equipment. 295FAST has a solids content of 41%, which provides fast stencil build per coat, excellent bridging of coarse mesh, and quick drying. Its vibrant pink color allows for easy inspection and on-press registration.
