Ready to use - no mixing sensitizer. One part direct emulsions provide ultra-fast exposure times (5x faster than diazo, 2x as fast as dual-cures), and excellent resolution and definition. Ulano's SBQ photopolymer emulsions are fully premixed and presensitized and must be handled only under yellow safe light conditions before exposure.

QX-1 is an SBQ sensitized, dual-cure emulsion that combines the convenience and shelf life of SBQ with the durability, versatility, and imaging properties of dual-cure emulsion.

QX-1 is compatible with all plastisol, UV, and solvent-based ink systems. Its matte finish virtually eliminates printing problems associated with high and low humidity conditions. QX-1 is formulated to provide wide exposure latitude and is easily reclaimed even if underexposed and used with aggressive inks and washup solvents.

QX-1 is durable and has excellent resolution, good definition, and very good wet strength. Its high solids content (37%) provides good stencil build per coat, excellent bridging of coarse mesh, and fast drying.

QTX's high solids content provides superior coating properties, better bridging of coarse mesh, and fast drying. QTX resists plastisol and water-based inks, is also extremely durable, and reclaims easily. Do not subject to strong solvents during printing or wash-up.

QFX has superb resolution and offers high solids content for stencils with exceptional edge definition. Recommended for fine detail and halftone printing. QFX resists most solvent-based inks, is extremely durable, and reclaims easily.

QPX is an ultra-fast SBQ photopolymer emulsion for use with commercial projection units. It is recommended for the production of outdoor advertising and other large scale industrial applications. QPX is a ready-to-use, high solids emulsion that requires as few as one coat for a good printed edge, even on coarse mesh. Depending on the projection source, exposure times range from 30 seconds to 6 minutes for 10x to 14x enlargements.
