Ulano’s Stencil Thickness Gauge is a professional tool for measuring stencil thickness (emulsion-over-mesh thickness, or EOM)—at an affordable price. Control of stencil thickness means control of image quality—and ink costs.

The Stencil Thickness Gauge has a measurement range of 1 - 1000µ (1 – 40 mils), with an accuracy of ± 2µ + 3% (± 0.1 mils + 3%). It has a handy reset feature when no zero reference is available; and no calibration is required for most applications. The Stencil Thickness Gauge has a wear-resistant ruby probe. Its easy-to-read display screen is switchable from microns to mils. It comes with a hard shell storage case, built-in probe, plastic calibration shims, base plate, full instructions, AAA battery and a one-year warranty.
