CTS-FAST/CTS-FAST BLUE | Very Fast, Pure Photopolymer (SBQ) Screen Emulsion for Computer-to-Screen Exposure Systems

CTS-FAST is an SBQ-sensitized, pure photopolymer direct emulsion intended for exposure using CST UV units and for printing using conventional UV or solvent-based inks. It is recommended for the production of general large-format work, such as posters, outdoor advertising, and other large-scale industrial applications. CTS-FAST is a ready-to-use, high solids emulsion that requires as few as one coat for a good printing edge, even on coarse fabric. CTS-FAST has excellent coating properties, good solvent resistance, and durability. The very fast exposure speed of CTS-FAST makes it ideal for pixel exposure—and, in turn, allows faster throughput, as well as savings on expensive CTS bulbs. Viscosity: 4500 – 5500 centipoise.

QX-6 | Fast-Exposing, SBQ-Dual Cure “Hybrid” Solvent Resistant Emulsion for Industrial and PCB Printing; Ideal for Computer-To-Screen LED and Laser Exposure Units

QX-6 (former DP-810) is a universal SBQ-dual cure emulsion with superior resolution for industrial graphics and electronics printing (PCB and conductive traces), compatible with UV and virtually all solvent-based Inks. QX-6 is formulated for sensitivity to UV and near-UV-visible blue light, by means of UV LED and laser-based computer-to-screen exposure. It can be also exposed with traditional metal halide light sources. QX-6 features very fast exposure speed, while offering excellent exposure latitude. It provides non-tacky surfaces, high humidity resistance, and good durability with easy reclamation. QX-6 features excellent resolution, good edge definition, and very good wet strength. By using specially optimized sensitizers and given its light blue color, QX-6 facilitates excellent exposure light penetration, ensures thorough curing, eliminating or reducing latent haze on the mesh after decoating.

QX-7 |  Fast-Exposing, SBQ-Dual Cure Direct Emulsion for Graphic and Industrial Printing With Superior Solvent and Humidity Resistance, Excellent Mechanical Durability, Ideal for Computer-To-Screen LED and Laser Exposure Units

1GUFQX-7.png

QX-7 is a universal SBQ-dual cure emulsion with excellent resolution for industrial graphics and electronics printing (PCB and conductive traces), compatible with UV, virtually all solvent-based inks and some water-based graphic inks.

QX-7 is formulated for sensitivity to UV and near-UV-visible blue light, by means of UV LED- and laser-based computer-to-screen exposure. It can be also exposed with traditional metal halide light sources.

QX-7 features very fast exposure speed, while offering wide exposure latitude. It provides non-tacky surfaces, high humidity resistance and offers superb wet strength, excellent resolution and edge definition.

QX-7 is resistant to virtually all solvents used in industrial and PCB applications. Due to innovative colorants used, QX-7 stencils are resistant to color fading and stencil discoloration upon water and solvent application. During printing, QX-7 exhibits excellent mechanical and chemical durability. By using specially optimized sensitizers, QX-7 facilitates excellent exposure light penetration, ensures thorough curing and offers very easy reclamation with stencils leaving no latent haze on the mesh after decoating.
